Today is the first new moon of 2021 and falls in the cardinal earth sign of Capricorn.

A Capricorn New Moon has an earthy, grounding influence to it. It's a good time to connect with Earth, with your roots, and bring balance into your life.

Setting goals allows us to focus on what we want to create, within and without.

We are being given the chance to create some major order in our lives with this Capricorn energy...now is the time to make some solid plans!

New Moons bring about the start of a new cycle, they signal new beginnings, new opportunities and nudge us to try again in areas we may have not succeeded in before.

Take some time to reflect on the challenges we have faced the past year, how it has changed us, for the good, for the bad, and what our goals are as we move forward into the new year.

While new moons are always a good time to set intentions, this one is beckoning us to think about how we want things to be in our lives, and who we want to be moving forward and into this new paradigm.
