MINI MEDITATION - MAY 25, MOON IN CAPRICORN

This mini meditation is designed to help you align with the grounded and goal-oriented energy of the Capricorn moon. May it provide you with the focus and determination to achieve your objectives for the day.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Allow your body to relax with each breath.

Bring your attention to your breath. Notice the rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation. Breathe naturally and let your breath guide you into a state of calm.

Imagine a serene night sky with the still almost full, but slightly waning gibbous moon, shining brightly. This moon is in the determined and practical sign of Capricorn. Feel the grounded and focused energy that this sign brings.

As you breathe in, imagine inhaling the steady and disciplined spirit of Capricorn. Feel this energy fill your body, bringing a sense of stability and purpose. As you exhale, release any tension or distractions that are hindering your progress.
